ELIGIBILITY
Shakoolie Image Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia at the time of entry (“Eligible Participant”). Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of Shakoozie, LLC. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES TIMING/DESCRIPTION
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) on September 1, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on September 16, 2017 (“Promotion Period”). One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Eligible Participants must submit no less than 1 image of the Shakoolie they purchased or received during the Promotion Period in order to receive an entry in the Sweepstakes. There will be different creative presentations of this offer promoted to the public by different organizations (“participating online retailers”) throughout the Promotion Period.
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible Participant will receive an email asking during the Promotion Period. Once an Eligible Participant receives the email, he/she will be asked to click a link within the email invitation and complete the online image submission form during the Promotion Period. Eligible Participant must provide all of the information by the tool in order to submit an image. In addition, Eligible Participant may, but are not required to, include a review of the product. Once Eligible Participant has submitted their image(s), they will be entered into the Sweepstakes pool. Eligible Participants may submit as many eligible images as they wish, but each product for which an eligible review is submitted must be different in order for the image to be eligible. For each eligible image submitted, they will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.
DETERMINATION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER
A potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 25, 2017 from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Shakoolie, LLC and all decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by electronic mail on or about September 26, 2017 . The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to acknowledge the electronic mail and accept the Grand Prize within 7 days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance within this time frame or with the Official Rules, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If winner is under 21 years of age, the entrant will be disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner.
PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize: $100 to be awarded in the form of a Visa Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100. All taxes and any other costs not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By entering, entrants agree to give image rights to Shakoolie, LLC and for those images to be used on Shakoolie.com and/or its various advertising channels. All materials submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes become the property of Shakoolie, LLC and will not be returned. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her submitted image for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known including but not limited to, any online applications, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV or print, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
